Happy belated World Peace Day!! Although we celebrated a week late due to a time conflict, we are grateful to all those who came!
Special thanks to all of our Ambassadors of Peace: Pastor Samuel Samuelu, Dr. Thomas & Cynthia Lynch, Mr. Roger Epstein, Mr. Bob McDermott, and Mr. Edward Young Jr.
Our world needs peace! “From peacekeepers on the front lines of conflict, to community members, to students in classrooms around the world, everyone has a role to play. We must speak up against violence, hate, discrimination, and inequality; practice respect; and embrace the diversity of our world... Let our actions for peace resonate louder than words.” (United Nations)
Mahalo nui loa, and let’s continue to be peacemakers in our world!
Highlight from our 50th year celebration of True Parents' work in Hawaii!
Aloha Hawaii!!! Mahalo nui loa! Our event was a great success!
On Saturday, November 16, many have gathered to celebrate 50 years of Father and Mother Moon’s work in Hawaii. Both communities, from Honolulu and Kona, showcased their history through stories and photos. We are grateful for all that came, and the spirit was high!
Special thanks to UH Manoa for allowing us to use the ballroom, to CARP Hawai’i for sponsoring us, the Women’s Federation for World Peace, our emcees (Youngkwon and Kimi), and everyone who attended and supported our event.
Also, mahalo to our special guests: Kaeleigh Moffitt, Senator Mike Gabbard, Kahu Loko’olu, Ed Young, Elder Mililani Watanabe, Shanti Bott, Imam Hashim Usman, Rabbi Cheri Weiss, and Pastor Chuck Frumin.
Thank you again to all. Lastly, thank you to our Heavenly Parent and Father and Mother Moon!!!
